Session 1: Introduction to Oil Painting
• Introduction to tools and materials (brushes, canvases, paints, palettes, mediums)
• How to set up a painting space
• Basics of oil painting theory and color mixing practice
• First simple painting exercise (e.g., color wheel)
Session 2: Brush Techniques and Simple Shapes
• Introduction to different types of brushes and their uses
• Coloring techniques (introduction to Alla Prima wet painting method)
• Practice creating simple shapes (cubes, spheres, cylinders)
• Use simple shapes to create basic still life compositions
Session 3: Composition and Understanding Light and Shadow
• Introduction to basic composition principles and common pitfalls
• Introduction to basic visual language (contrast, positive and negative space)
• Introduction to chiaroscuro lighting technique
• Begin a more complex still life project, focusing on composition and light/shadow
Session 4: Color Mixing and Complementary Colors
• Advanced color theory
• Advanced color concepts (complementary colors, warm and cool colors, muddy colors)
• Continue the still life project from the previous session, focusing on color mixing
Session 5: Painting Techniques and Style Development
• Introduction to various artistic styles in oil painting
• Introduction to brushstroke concepts (lightness and heaviness, blending)
• Introduction to advanced painting techniques (impasto, dripping)
• Continue the still life project from the previous session, focusing on brushwork and completion
Session 6: Finalization and Critique
• Techniques to add or refine final details in paintings
• Students complete their individual works
• Group critique and feedback session to share experiences and insights
• Provide suggestions for continuing oil painting practice

• 繼續前一堂課靜物作品，重點關注筆觸與完成度
第六堂: 完成與評論
• 為繪畫加減最後細節技巧
